Salsabeel Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Salsabeel, customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a smooth purchasing experience, please review the following terms outlining our policies for cancellations, exchanges, and returns.
1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order on the same day it was placed.

Credit Card Payments: Please note that for orders paid via credit card, a 3% administrative processing fee will be applied upon cancellation.
2. Exchange & Return Policy

All exchange or return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Product Condition:

The product must be in its absolute original condition (unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging).

To initiate the process, a photo of the item must be sent to our team to verify its initial state.

The product must be well-packed and securely sealed before handing it over to the shipping company. (The courier will reject items that are poorly or improperly packaged).

Shipping Costs:

In the case of an exchange or a return (due to a change of mind), the customer is responsible for all associated shipping fees.

The original shipping fees paid with the order are non-refundable (this amount will be deducted from the total refund).

3. Inspection & Refund Process

Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our Quality Department will conduct an inspection within 5 working days to ensure it complies with the conditions listed above.

If Approved:

Your request will be processed (either as an exchange for another salsabeel product or as a refund).

The refund amount will be transferred to the customer (after deducting shipping fees and any administrative charges).

If Rejected:

If the product is found to be non-compliant with our return conditions (eg, used or damaged), the request will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Refund Methods:

Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds are available via (Bank Account, Vodafone Cash, or InstaPay).

Special Cases
1. What if my product is faulty or defective? Please contact our hotline immediately upon receipt. We will examine the case to verify the defect. All defect claims must be reported within the 14-day window.
2. What if I received the wrong item? We sincerely apologize for this error. Please contact Customer Service immediately, and we will guide you through the correct return process at no additional cost to you.
