At alsabeel, we ensure your order is delivered securely and professionally. This policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and how we keep you informed.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Fridays and official public holidays) after the order is placed.

2. Order Confirmation (Important)

• To ensure accuracy and a smooth delivery, our customer service team will contact you via WhatsApp or a direct phone call to confirm your order details and delivery address before your order is dispatched for shipping.

3. Shipping Timeframe & Coverage

• We ship to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

• Once your order is confirmed and processed, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7 to 12 business days .

• “Business days” are from Saturday to Thursday and exclude all official public holidays and Fridays.

4. The Delivery Process

• On the day of delivery, our courier or delivery representative will call you to coordinate the exact drop-off time and to ensure you are available to receive your items.

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are not fixed. They are calculated based on the specific items in your order (factoring in size and weight) and your precise delivery location.

• The final, accurate shipping fee will be clearly calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your payment.
