Order, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Management (Status & Changes)

• Order Status: If you have questions about your order, please call our customer service from 10 am to 10 pm.

• Address Change: If you need to change the delivery address for your order, you must contact our customer service by phone immediately.

• Order Cancellation: It is possible to cancel an order, but only if it has not yet been dispatched to the courier, as this process is very fast. Please contact our customer service by phone for all cancellation requests.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Timeframe & Initiation

   • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

   • To start a return, please email salsabiloffice.eg@gmail.com or call our hotline, indicating the reason for your request.

2. Reasons for Return

   • Faulty, Defective, or Wrong Item: We sincerely apologize for any errors. Please contact our customer service immediately. In these cases, we will accept the return free of charge, provided the request is made within the 14-day window.

   • Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you may request an exchange or return within 14 days. In this case, you will be responsible for paying all shipping fees for the exchange request.

3. Required Conditions for All Returns For a return to be approved, the product must meet all the following conditions:

   • The product must be in its original, sealed packaging (it was never opened).

   • The product must show zero signs of usage.

   • The original stamped invoice must be included with the return.

   Please Note: If a returned product does not meet all the conditions above, it will be rejected by our team and shipped back to you at your expense.

4. Refund & Approval Process

   • After our After Sales department receives and approves the item based on the conditions above, you can proceed with an exchange for another salsabeel product or a refund.

   • Refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment.

   • A 3% handling fee will be applied to canceled orders that were paid for using a credit card.
